JCG managed several different aspects of the
reconstruction of Runway 4L/22R at the Baton
Rouge airport. The acting runway was closed,
and existing pavement removed. A cement-treated
base was placed, and a 37.5 foot wide strip
form pavement was installed. The project was
completed with the reconstruction of the
intersection of Runway 4L/22R and 13M/331R. The
detailed scope of work consisted of:

Memphis Shelby County Airport. Construction
activities included the:

Every phase of the Taxiway Victor job was
completed on time, and the project earned a
$60,000 bonus for completing a 56 day phase 6

|
This project consists of partially
reconstructing 1,250 feet of connector taxiways
in phased construction as a part of Memphis
International Airport’s World Runway Program.
The total scope of work includes concrete and
asphalt pavement demolition, excavation,
underdrain system, soil cement base, cement
treated base, asphalt paving, concrete paving,
crushed aggregate base, concrete recycling, and
aviation lighting. Significant financial
incentives were established for concrete paving
quality.
