James Construction Group managed several different aspects of the reconstruction of Runway 4L/22R at the Baton Rouge airport. The acting runway was closed, and existing pavement removed. A cement-treated base was placed, and a 37.5 foot wide strip form pavement was installed. The project was completed with the reconstruction of the intersection of Runway 4L/22R and 13M/331R.
