James Construction Group has multiple contracts at the Convent location of Mosaic, one of the world’s leading producers of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients.

Contract Scope:

·    Gyp stack maintenance

·    Plant maintenance

·    Surveys

·    Special material handling

In Detail:

·    Gyp Stack Maintenance – JCG personnel work seven days a week to maintain the 400-acre gyp stack area. They also recharge problem areas and contain breakouts.

·    Plant Maintenance – JCG supervisors and craftspeople assist plant personnel with day-to-day maintenance projects. Under this contract, our employees also assist Mosaic with turnaround projects, during which manpower can peak at 85 workers.

·    Surveys – This work involves land, topographic, and hydrographic surveying, as well as related CAD, drafting, technical, and professional services.

·    Special Material Handling – This open-ended contract calls for a round-the-clock operation in which James Construction Group staffers transport material from an offsite stockpile area to the plant for product manufacture.
